Arizona Court: Yarnell homeowners can’t sue state over 2013 fire

Residents of Yarnell who lost their homes in the 2013 blaze have no legal right to sue the state for failing to save their homes, the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled Thursday. Fired Spokane Valley firefighter’s religious email case will be heard by State Supreme Court

A Spokane Valley firefighter trying to get his job back since he was fired in 2012 will argue his case against the Spokane Valley Fire Department before the Washington State Supreme Court later this year.
