A woman died after a multi-vehicle crash involving a Los Angeles Fire Department engine in North Hills early Thursday, reports ktla.com.

It all started when a vehicle was heading east on Roscoe Boulevard shortly after midnight when the driver allegedly ran a red light, struck a vehicle, and continued driving, the report says.

The car then crashed into a different vehicle carrying a 76-year-old woman, who died at the scene.

The driver wasn’t done, though, as the car kept going and wound up hitting the fire apparatus, according to the report.

When all was said and done, the scene was littered with carnage from the heavily damaged vehicles.

Two drivers were taken to a hospital after a dump truck crashed into the back of an Ohio Department of Transportation vehicle on a northern Ohio interstate Thursday morning. Before 7:20 a.m., an ODOT worker was headed to pick up a street sweeper from another location and had pulled his truck over on the way when he noticed trash on the side of the highway.

It was later proclaimed to have been Madison's biggest fire ever by fire department officials. The fire at the huge food storage facility on Cottage Grove Road and Highway 51/151 in east Madison was later attributed to a forklift battery malfunction.

Wright has recorded 32 tackles, two sacks, two forced fumbles and two passes defended to help Birmingham.
