A woman was mowed down by her own car Wednesday morning at a Belfair gas station, the Mason County Sheriff's Office reports. Deputies and medics responded to the scene, at a Chevron station along Highway 3, at about 8 a.m. after receiving reports of a pedestrian struck by a car. A woman was found injured at the scene.
