See the viral video that earned an Oklahoma fire department hundreds of jars of Ragú

VIDEO: Tahlequah firefighters can make a lot of spaghetti after a TikTok video landed them nearly 800 jars of Ragú sauce. Ragú recently began a new series of commercials under the catchphrase, “Cook Like a Mother,” one of which featured firefighters. The Tahlequah company decided to replicate the commercial as a team-building exercise, featuring firefighter Anthony Margarit.

Kirkland’s Fire Station 24 responds to first calls from new location

Located off NE 132nd Street, Kirkland’s new Fire Station 24 responded to its first call on Jan. 5. Fire Station 24 officially opened on Dec. 16, 2021, with a ribbon cutting ceremony involving Kirkland City Council members. The purpose of this new facility is to reduce response times throughout the Finn Hill and Juanita neighborhoods.

Update: Investigators will review age, condition of water main that broke in Bellevue landslide

The City of Bellevue launched an investigation after a landslide caused an occupied house to slide off its foundation and collapse on Jan. 17. Officials said the investigation could take weeks or even months to determine the cause of the landslide.
