PHOTOS: First responders were able to rescue hundreds of Coors beers on Friday following a beer truck crash.
Thankfully, no one was injured in the crash involving a truck filled with adult beverages made from Rocky Mountain spring water! Summit Fire and EMS is reporting the driver of the truck lost their braking capacity while coming down an icy I-70 from the Eisenhower Tunnel Friday morning.

The world could soon be armed with another tool to fight the coronavirus pandemic: a twice-daily pill that has been shown to reduce the risk of hospitalization and death among people infected with the coronavirus.
The drug, molnupiravir, offers another tool alongside vaccines for countries to manage the coronavirus pandemic.

VIDEO: On October 16, 1991, a devastating firestorm ripped through Eastern Washington, leaving 114 homes burned, 35,000 acres of land smoldered and two people dead.
Now, 30 years later, the effect of Firestorm ’91 is still being felt in the Inland Northwest.
Saturday marked the 30th anniversary of the firestorm, where nearly 100 wind-driven wildfires decimated a large portion of Eastern Washington.

It’s been months in the making but Oct 18 officially marks the start of Gov. Jay Inslee’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for thousands of state workers.
Both King County and the City of Seattle adopted the mandate.
Workers who fall under the mandate have been told they will lose their jobs if they don’t get the shot or get approved for an exemption.

Firefighters responded to a garage fire in a northeast Spokane neighborhood late Saturday.
At around 11:12 p.m. Saturday night, firefighters responded to a detached garage fire in the 3600 E. block of Princeton Ave., according to Spokane Fire Department. They also found a small shed that had caught on fire too.
