VIDEO: William McCallister is following in his family's footsteps as a firefighter and EMT, yet he is walking his own path by doing so with a prosthetic leg.
He's worn the prosthetic since he was a baby after having part of his leg amputated at nine months old.
"I was hopping before I was walking," McCallister said.

A storage facility and the concession stand at the Ephrata Sports Complex burned down Tuesday night and firefighters suspect arson.
According to the Ephrata Fire Department, firefighters responded to the complex around 10:30 p.m. and found the building fully engulfed.
Grant County Fire District 13 also responded to assist.

Lower Yakima Valley firefighters responded to four structure fires on Tuesday and Wednesday, authorities reported.
Yakima County Fire District 5 crews worked structure fires on South Wapato Road and Osborne Road between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. Tuesday, according to information from the fire district. On Wednesday they responded to a structure fire north of White Swan on Wesley Road, followed by a structure fire early Wednesday evening in the 4700 Block of Ashue Road, outside Wapato.

A fire destroyed more than a dozen RVs overnight Thursday at Mike Thompson's RV Super Store in Santa Fe Springs.
Authorities responded to a possible burglary call at about 12:30 a.m. at the gated property on Firestone Boulevard in southeastern Los Angeles County near the 5 Freeway. Several RVs were in flames when firefighters arrived.
