A Chelan County firefighter was found dead off Blewett Pass after she was buried in snow that had fallen from a roof. Chelan County Fire District 3 said Kimiko Nalle, 46, was found buried in snow when crews responded to the incident at 3:45 p.m. Thursday. Attempts to revive her were not successful.

After a cross-country flight, 10 rescue puppies recently received a proper welcome home by Resilient Hearts Animal Sanctuary and South King Fire and Rescue firefighters. VIDEOS: Broken windows, busted garage doors, and plumes of smoke could be seen from a northwest Houston neighborhood rattled by a large building explosion. An official with the Detroit Fire Department said 13 firefighters are facing department charges for a photo that surfaced on New Year's Day that featured them posing in front of a burning house in Detroit.
