A fire that destroyed a buffet restaurant in Tacoma and left in ruins a 14-year family business may have been intentionally set, Tacoma fire investigators said Wednesday.
Firefighters got the call just after 11 p.m. Tuesday of fire burning in the back of the Great Wall Buffet along S. Hosmer Street, according to Battalion Chief Dave McRoberts with Tacoma Fire.

Multiple firefighters are at the scene of a fire in Finley.
KAPP-KVEW has learned that the fire is at a cannabis farm on Gerards Road near Cochran Road. The fire ignited shortly after 9 p.m. According to Tracy Baker with Benton County Fire District #1, the fire was contained to the second floor. It didn't extend to the roof because it was metal.

The Tulalip Bay Fire Department (also known as Snohomish County Fire District 15) received a license to provide Advanced Life Support care from the State of Washington. This is the first time such care will be provided from sovereign lands, and will benefit all taxpayers in the district.
Previously, patients had to wait 18-23 minutes for a Paramedic to arrive.

Yakima firefighters will be at the grain mill fire until late Tuesday morning working to make sure the fire is completely out.
Around 9 p.m., firefighters responded to the four-story building near Second and Liberty avenues. Residents say the mill used to be owned by Bleyhl Farm Service.
According to Yakima County District #5 Deputy Chief Ken Shipman, massive flames could be seen from the bottom floor.
