VIDEO: Person seen fleeing before vacant house in Seattle’s Judkins Park goes up in flames

A house fire in the Seattle neighborhood of Judkins Park broke out Tuesday morning and a person can be seen fleeing the area in a neighbor’s security camera video. Fire crews work to contain house fire in north Spokane

VIDEO: Spokane fire crews are working to knock down a house fire in north Spokane. The Spokane Fire Department and Spokane County Fire District 9 responded to a working fire near the 8600 block of North Northview Road on the evening of Oct. 24. SFD told NonStop Local that all homeowners and animals were evacuated safely from the home while fire crews worked to contain the blaze.

Amazon, Gary Sinise Foundation award Seattle Fire Department $150,000 grant

Thanks to a partnership between the Gary Sinise Foundation and Amazon, the Seattle Fire Department is receiving a $150,000 grant. 'Sound the Alarm' event installs smoke detectors in over 140 homes in Hoquiam, Aberdeen

Hoquiam Fire Chief Matt Miller spoke on Monday during the city council meeting to give a report about their involvement over the weekend with the 2023 Sound the Alarm event. The event, done in cooperation with the Aberdeen Fire Department and the American Red Cross, looked to ensure that homes had working smoke detectors, and offered free installation for homeowners.
