A house fire in the Seattle neighborhood of Judkins Park broke out Tuesday morning and a person can be seen fleeing the area in a neighbor’s security camera video. VIDEO: Spokane fire crews are working to knock down a house fire in north Spokane. The Spokane Fire Department and Spokane County Fire District 9 responded to a working fire near the 8600 block of North Northview Road on the evening of Oct. 24. SFD told NonStop Local that all homeowners and animals were evacuated safely from the home while fire crews worked to contain the blaze.
