VIDEO/PHOTOS: An RV in Ballard caught fire Tuesday afternoon on a road that is now littered with trailers, tents and people's belongings. Startling video captured by witnesses showed the moment the RV went up in flames on Northwest Ballard Way. The Seattle Fire Department responded to the scene and were able to put the fire out.

Starting Tuesday, May 23, all public lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management in Oregon and Washington are subject to fire restrictions, the agency announced.
