VIDEO: Driver charged after crashing into Medic ambulance in North Carolina

A driver is facing charges after crashing into an ambulance and injuring multiple people, including two paramedics, police said. Medic responded to a crash at North Tryon Street and West Mallard Creek Church Road around 12:30 a.m. While paramedics were treating someone hurt in the initial crash, a driver allegedly ran a red light and crashed into the stopped ambulance.

Spokane Fire Department investigating severe house fire in Latah Valley

The Spokane Fire Department is investigating a severe house fire on South Dandy Court in Latah Valley that left one dog dead. According to the department, the fire occurred on May 13 around 8 p.m. Crews said they could see a large column of black smoke from over a mile out. After arriving, crews found the rear of the home engulfed in flames and threatening homes on either side.

Firefighters respond to fully engulfed boat fire on Duwamish River

Firefighters responded to a boat fire on the Duwamish River Saturday, according to Puget Sound Fire. Saturday afternoon, the King County Fire Department, Seattle Fire Department, South King Fire & Rescue, and the Boeing Fire Department assisted Puget Sound Fire with the incident. Everybody on the boat was able to escape safely by getting onboard their dinghy.
