A preliminary injunction issued Wednesday by Eighth Judicial District Court Judge John Brooks, of Douglas, declares the Yoder Volunteer Fire Department and the Yoder Fire Protection District are separate entities and their relationship is to return to the status quo that existed prior to the upheaval brought about by conflicts over control and management of the department’s day to day operations.

VIDEO: A Waldorf Firefighter is lucky to be alive after a diesel tank explosion surrounded the 23-year-old in flames early Tuesday morning.
